Vintage 18k Gold Omega hand wind watch in very nice condition. The 18k gold case measures 35.5mm w/o the crown and is marked Omega Watch Swiss Made .750 on the inside. The acrylic crystal is marked up quite a bit, but not terrible. The dial, hands and markers are all there and in good shape. The crown and stem are operating smoothly. Overall the watch is running strong and keeping accurate time. The band was probably worn only a couple of times and is still fairly new.
